Nature of the Service

Hendricks County Busted Mugshots points readers toward public jail, inmate, court, and corrections resources in Hendricks County and Indiana. It may also connect visitors with independent research tools.

We hold no official record, cannot confirm custody, cannot release anyone, and cannot file a court or agency document. No government office controls or endorses the site.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Obey all applicable laws while using the site.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, deceive, or harm another person.
• Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision.
• Do not seek access to an account, server, or system without authorization.
• Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools.
• Do not interfere with the service or another visitor's use.

No Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We and our advertising partners do not offer background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. You agree not to use information found here for:

• hiring, firing, or another employment decision;
• tenant or housing screening;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking searches, sheriff or corrections pages, government portals, legal resources, news sites, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those operators, their content, privacy practices, prices, data handling, or uptime. Review their terms before using them.

Service Provided As Is

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
