Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the independent provider operating that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or submit a contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not disclose the message outside our organization unless a valid legal requirement compels disclosure.
Technical Information Collected Automatically
Routine web logs and measurement services may record technical details when a page loads, including:

Links may lead to INjail, the Hendricks County Sheriff's Office, Indiana MyCase, IDOC, federal locators, news organizations, and independent search tools. Once you leave, the destination's privacy policy and data practices apply.
Advertising providers may measure activity across multiple websites to select or evaluate targeted ads. That processing occurs through their systems and is governed by their policies.

We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be handled by:
- search partners that process submitted queries;
- analytics providers that measure use;
- advertising networks serving or evaluating ads; and
- law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order.
Security Is Best Effort
We use ordinary administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a public website. No internet connection, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise that a breach will never occur.
Visitors Under Eighteen
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor submitted information, contact us and request deletion.

Subject to applicable law and our ability to verify the requester, you may:

These requests concern data held by this private site. Government records held under Indiana's Access to Public Records Act, IC 5-14-3, must be addressed with the agency that maintains them.
